Tony Vlachos is amazing and is one of my favorite winners. I'm actively rooting for Joe as we speak. People like Ben, Chris from MvGX, Savage from Game Changers, Jeff from Philippines...people who are leaders in their normal life and then go on Survivor and take charge in a very bland and matter-of-fact fashion...there's no charisma, yet this person is getting a ton of screentime to dictate the season. If not for Joe, Ben would've calmly enacted his shitty, mathematically inaccurate plan, and this episode would've been boring as fuck. I think you have a different idea of what charisma is than a lot of people. Ben, Chris, Savage, and Jeff are all clearly leaders. You're confusing blandness with empathetic leaders. That is their leadership style; to connect with and be deferred to.
