That friend apparently has Viking ancestors and has some documentation backing it up. By all means he has a MUCH more interesting family history than me. Why didn't she say, "and you. What about you, tell me about YOUR family history." It's a dumb thing old white people do to determine if you're Mexican/Arab/WHatever, and I literally experienced this TO MY FACE more than a dozen times, and you want to tell me that I interpreted it wrong?
