I don't know if this is a joke topic or not. But in the chance you're being serious, what super successful people have over others are:

Intrinsic Motivation - Standard shonen cliche where you say you'll put your mind to something, you'll do it
An Autotelic hobby - A passion, something you enjoy doing for the sake of it
Hunger for Knowledge - You constantly want to learn and whatever field you commit you life to, you learn it so well that you're a master of that field
Sense of Purpose - You found your meaning to your life, and why you are going out to accomplish what you set out to do

I'm reading a book on this right now, called Creativity, where they focus exactly on what your topic is asking. It's a very insightful book, I highly recommend it.
