Pow Pow Punishment 11/30/17 12:04:14 PM #20: | Calf size is extremely dependent on genetics, moreso than other body parts because the slow-twitch fibers are more resistant to loads applied on them. He can still get bigger calves but they won't progress as much as the rest of the body. It definitely doesn't mean he skipped leg day.
