I used to hit them really hard and painfully in the gym, but I find that when I go jogging just doing it on my tip-toes gets the same or better results while being more time efficient. Especially uphill. Whenever I'm stair climbing, I do try to focus on doing it on my tip-toes sometimes and that def seems to help. I'll try to focus on it even more. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
