Weed has caused psychosis and schizophrenia in countless people, including me. It also tore apart my family for a while. Stop acting like it's harmless and everyone should be doing it

Hope you're not implying alcohol is much better

Alcohol is much better. There's a reason they call it spirit - that's what it does to me, makes me impervious to bad thoughts and eases my mental anguish if but for a while. Weed does the opposite - makes me feel dead and all the bad thoughts come.

Sounds like you have depression/anxiety and yeah... weed can definitely exacerbate those. Doesn't mean weed is bad and alcohol is good. You're using alcohol to self medicate those problems and weed is bringing those problems to the forefront

You're right, cannabis can enhance already existing emotions, so if you're happy and content it might be good for you.

I was at mcdonalds the other week and the people working there were so stoned out of their minds they forgot my coffee order and couldn't hand me an extra cup without knocking it over. They also couldn't look me in the eyes.

I don't hate weed, but I do hate it when people act like it's harmless and could solve all our problems.

Abusing anything is not good for your mental health for sure. Weed has drastically different effects for different people. Alcohol has a much more narrow range for how it effects people. I will say that anytime I've done anything that I regretted the next day, it was pretty much always alcohol and never weed
