I haven't had a good lasagna in a long time. I tried a Stouffer's lasagna for the first time this year and it was pretty decent, though. Ever make spaghetti? If you do, take a small foil pan that you can get at the dollar store, boil some noodles, grate some cheese, and use the leftover sauce to make mini lasagna's that you can throw in the freezer and have for dinner when you can't be bothered to come up with something. --- I used the knife.
