Topic	Man arrested for 'mercy' killing wife with terminal cancer
UnfairRepresent 12/22/17 1:49:01 PM #1:	Police in Sayama, Saitama Prefecture, have arrested a 62-year-old man on suspicion of killing his 61-year-old wife who had terminal cancer. According to police, Teruo Yamashita has admitted to stabbing his wife Makiko in the neck as she lay on a futon in their bedroom early Tuesday, Fuji TV reported. Yamashita called 110 at 12:30 a.m. and said he had killed his wife. Police rushed to the apartment and found Makiko bleeding from a stab wound to the neck. She was taken to hospital where she was confirmed dead. Yamashitas wife suffered from terminal breast cancer. He was quoted by police as saying he couldnt bear to see her suffering anymore.
