You can't really have a personal life when you're working 40 hours a week.

Completely inaccurate lol

How many hours do you think there are in a week? 80?

Then you get home, need to make dinner, wash dishes, shower, do laundry, and prepare your lunch for work. You also need an adequate amount of sleep.

Making dinner, washing dishes, showering, doing laundry and preparing for work are not particularly time-consuming tasks (such as grocery shopping and cleaning the house, things done on a weekly/bi-weekly basis rather than daily). You also don't do laundry every single day.

Nothing you're saying makes any sense. I don't even think you've ever lived on your own before let alone worked a full-time job.
