| --Zero- 12/25/17 1:20:23 AM #1: | Looking for advice here cause I'm being taken advantage of by a nurse. I'm scheduled on a separate unit in a facility with my own charge nurse and another nurse in a different unit wants me to go to her unit and help her aid change residents. That unit is easy and the aid is just being lazy and so is the nurse for not helping. Should I refuse? My nurse tells me she'd cover for me if the other nurse calls for me, but won't if the nurse asks me in person cause she's not going to have conflict. --- SIGNATURE ... Copied to Clipboard! |
