Depends a ton on the situation to be honest.

Lets so no weapons at all, other then what can be found on the planet (astronauts crash landed and it was an exploration mission anyway).

Cavemen have an obvious strength advantage, but...have not really mastered the art of ranged weapons (possible can throw rocks).

If it's on an open plain, with just grass around, the astronauts are pretty much doomed, the cavemen would be faster, stronger, and no real weapons or tactics can be used in such a situation.

In most other situations, the astronauts could use their brains, and it would depend alot on home much time they have to prepare, and what tools are available for them to use.

Given any time to prepare at all, the astronauts could create a bunch of spears for instance (just wooden ones) and create a formation with some in front holding the spears (to keep the cavemen back) and some behind throwing them. That could be done fairly quickly, given the astronauts time to create a shelter and a defensible position, possibly use fire etc good effect and eventually set up a defense that could not easily be breached.

After that, the astronauts would just need to hunt the cavemen using ranged weapons, poison their water supply (or leave food out that was tainted/poisoned for them to find) etc. Given enough time, brains would win over brawn.

If they are just thrown together with no preperation at all (the cavemen come across them after they have just crash landed), then without any outside tools helping them, the astronauts are going to be clubbed to death.
