History shows that the most effective form of birth control is making people pay for their own kids. That's why lack of access to abortion and birth control is so apocalyptic that birth rates to unwed mothers plummeted after the 1970s. Oh wait, no, the opposite of that.

a lot of data coming out of individual states is showing that making long term BC like the injection free dramatically reduced teen birth rates; meanwhile the states with the worst education policies relating to human sexuality have the highest teen birth rates
