tbh I feel like even if that was true (it isn't), I don't seel what would be so wrong about eating 800 calories a day if that's what your body needs.

Of course, if you're like 7' you'd need like 3000 calories a day but if your body is short and you have PCOS or a slow metabolism that somehow only requires you 800 calories to survive, then that's it, that's all you need.

But NooOOoOo let's overeat just because I know better what my body need than a doctor.

Is she talking about polycystic ovarian syndrome? That's not a metabolic disorder, lol. It's been known to be associated with some insulin resistance, but that's about it.
