You learn this when you beat heavensward though. Bard can now play music out of combat. Alliance raids has a roulette. You can go into the most common lvling roulette dungeons alone via squadrons if that is up your alley. They are npc characters you can level. SB people love Sam and Rdm. Ofc the top classes for serious raiding are still drg, nin, brd.
