Topic	To anyone with stocks, shares, investments, etc. How do you handle it?

Yea, I look at something like bit coin and may think "I should have bought a bunch of that when it was cheap as hell", but long term I would rather have steady constant growth then put a bunch a money into something and pray it will work out. --- I am a senior software engineer.
