Topic	I'm not very tech savvy, my Lenovo ideapad is running super slow. Help please!

We'll get an antivirus now, though technically Windows 10 (which you're on) does have one built in, it's called Windows Defender. But I would recommend Malwarebytes in addition. https://www.malwarebytes.com It's a very straightforward install. You can use that to scan your computer once a week - you don't need the paid version.
