Topic	Illinois town bans ARs. Citizens forced to surrender weapons or face fines.

I'm not a fan of this particular law and I think the fines are predatory. That said, if the Deerfield community wants to try it, that's fine. Or if the majority don't actually want it then they can vote out their city council and undo it. Also important to note: according to District of Columbia v Heller, there's no question of constitutionality here. The city of Deerfield is within their right to enforce this ordinance unless the IL state constitution has something to say about it (I haven't checked). --- BKSheikah owned me so thoroughly in the 2017 guru contest, I'd swear he used the Lens of Truth to pick his bracket.
