Owning an AR-15 is not a right. You still have the right to bear arms. You don't have the right to right to bear any and all arms. No it isn't. Also, the Constitution is amendable. Just out of curiosity, if it was ever ammended to nullify or not include the current second amendment, what would you argue then?
