In poorer areas, they need to learn how to grow on their own. I'm fine with businesses investing, etc., but nothing else. This has been proven more beneficial for them as well. I saw something about bike factories in this one African nation dramatically improving things. In rich countries, poor life choices are just that. It's our only real form of natural selection anymore.
