I know we have a massive problem with homelessness among both people and pets in the States. Realistically can we even resolve the homelessness of pets? The blame for homelessness of people can be any number of reasons and people involved. The homelessness of pets more often than not is because of the owner I'd imagine and maybe non-licensed breeders?.
