Well... it's roughly as exploitative as communist nations, so yeah? No - I mean it's legitimately employee-owned - the largest Walmart-related shareholder group is Walmart employees, who own a larger share of the company than the entire board. But they can't unionize or otherwise bargain collectively or they're fired. So?
