I thought the "No forgiveness. Never." being somewhat over-the-top sounding woulda done it. I think a company being attacked is less concerning than their response to it happening. If they drag their feet and avoid saying something, especially waiting until someone catches the problem, that'd ruin my trust of them very quickly.
