By pre-established I mean something that the developers took from and build upon whereas developers created is something the developers built from scratch. For me..... Pre-established: Kinda torn between Warhammer Fantasy/40k and Lord of the Rings. Developers created: Kinda torn between Warcraft and Mass Effect.
