voldothegr8 05/11/18 9:42:35 AM #6:	Both my parents equally laid into me when I would fuck up. My dad did beat me with a big ass paddle sometimes but all it did was make me shut them out. With my two kids neither of us spank and they're well behaved. Always following through with threats of time out or taking shit away, then talking through why they're being punished works just fine. We also instill manners and all that.
