Which is fine, so long as you recognize it's not healthy (the panic attack, not the verbal slip-up; everyone does that now and then) and are actively trying to understand why you respond that way and what you can do to work on it. The echo chamber that is the internet though has this weird, perverse, almost celebratory attitude towards it now, which is bad. --- On Android?
