Mr Lasastryke posted... i haven't seen the previous jungle book movie but i heard it's a weird hybrid between the book and the animated movie. like, you're supposed to take it seriously and then suddenly you get "I WANT TO BE LIKE YOUHOU" and it feels totally out of place. so yeah, if that's true and this movie is going to be more faithful to the book, that definitely sounds like an improvement. the bolded part is accurate, or at least I agree with feeling that way when I watched it. but it was more of a feeling of 'oh they tried to make some of the events more accurate and follow the exact plot of the book' and less to do with being taken seriously or not. though, once again, I can only speak for myself here. --- ~* Now I only see your dull imposter ~* https://imgur.com/tdhOSKc ...
