I get what you are saying but it's still ridiculous in practice. He certainly should be allowed to block people from his private account, don't you agree despite what the judge said?

Not when his private account is considered official government statements.

The day he lives office, he can block literally anyone he wants. When in office though (while keeping his personal account official statements), he cant block people just because they hurt his feelings.

Stop being dense.
