Topic | Humble Bundle just screwed me over royally |
Joenage 05/26/18 2:01:59 PM #1: | I purchased a one-month sub for the monthly bundle in April and immediately cancelled auto renewal. Then yesterday I got an email saying that I've purchased another sub for this month (automatic payment through Paypal). Looking on Reddit/Twitter I'm not the only person this has happened to. I filed a support ticket with Humble and they're refusing to give me a refund, as they already gave me one last year (admittedly on that occasion it was my fault for not cancelling auto-renew in time). But this time I'm positive that I cancelled the auto renewal straight after I subbed. But yeah, if you have ever subbed to Humble Monthly in the past you should double-check your account to make sure they haven't done the same to you. --- Joenage. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
