Actually no. Most negative genetic conditions are stored in recessive alleles. By procreating with your siblings you're just making your offspring more likely to inherit said conditions.

But I mean, technically, for recreative purposes, there's nothing wrong with having sex with your siblings, aside from the social taboo.


Now that you mention it, they'd probably have only used healthy mice to begin with meaning no recessive genes. So you have a point... Though obviously this could delve into some issues with how people literally advocate to ban reproduction rights to anyone with disorders that can be passed down or predispose their offspring. Hmm.
