Topic	Late to the party but I get why everyone disliked The Last Jedi now (SPOILERS)

He tried to save vader who was much further in the darkside. What was his plan afterwards? Tell his sister and his friend he got scared of their son and sliced of his head while he slept? In that moment, whatever darkness & evil that he saw in Bens future frightened him in a way that not even Darth Vader did. There was no plan because it was a spur of the moment.
