Netflix and such is kind of a grey area. If a production company/distributor/whatever listened it with Netflix for [specific countries] bypassing it to access it is kind of sketchy imo, especially since Netflix has no additional revenue stream like ads to sort of balance it out like if you use a VPN for a YouTube video it can still play you an ad, unless you have an ad blocker, which is another discussion.
Unless you're abroad and just trying to gain access back to your countries Netflix while you're away on a vacation or something.

I'm not sure about america, but in Australia its perfectly legal to bypass geoblocking. It might be against Netflixes TOS, but even if it was Netflix is doing so unlawfully because they can't negate my consumer rights as an Australian.

Oh I have no idea about legality, just feels kind of sketchy to me personally to do. Don't really care if anyone else does though.
