Now to actually answer the question... ElatedVenusaur posted... 4 and 5 were the best gens, IMO. Sinnoh's my overall favorite region, but Unova was pretty good and was also the last region to really do its own thing with its own pokemon, which I respect, plus it has Ghetsis. I agree 100% with this. While D/P and B/W had their flaws, Platinum and B2/W2 are (in my opinion) the best and most complete experiences I've had with a main series Pokemon game.
