Their hardware is overpriced and even their top-of-the-line computers are designed to fail within a year or two, and then try to pass off the "refurbished" products they offer you as being better than new when they're second-hand junk with no warranty and even less expected lifetime. They operate illegally and bully their customers who can't afford to challenge them on it.
