I disagree with your philosophy overall but at the same time whenever a waiter complains about people not tipping the thought crosses my mind of, "well I've worked some pretty tough jobs and I didn't get tipped just because it wasn't expected in that industry." I, personally, almost always tip at least 25%. I've worked in the restaurant and bar industry and dealing with people like that (especially at bars) can be awful. The shit you will put up with working at a bar is unbelievable sometimes. Would not recommend making a career out of it
