While those who hop a fence or overstay a student visa or whatever should be sent back to their home country at THEIR expense without being given a hearing to determine if they can stay here. The only thing giving illegal immigrants due process does is let others considering the journey know that they have a likely 50/50 shot of being allowed to stay here after breaking the law to come here. In other words in encourages even MORE illegal immigration. So then why bother having immigration laws or laws in general in the first place? So nothing has changed on my viewpoints since Trump was elected. --- Internet forum logic: When my opinion agrees with yours we're good.
