Topic	Do you wash your hands with Hot or Cold water?

Unless the sink has been used recently and the water has been heated prior, sinks dont just immediately shoot out hot water. That's not how water heaters work Not in your third world country. It's like 5 seconds tops here, same deal in Japan. As far as I know America has access to the same super secret water heating tech as England. Do you guys have a water heater hooked directly up to every sink and shower because plumbing just doesn't work that way.
