Removing HFCS and limiting saturated fats in your diet along with limiting the amount of empty calories that you get will go a long way.
definitely agree on saturated fats and hfcs. i noticed once i started counting calories real meals were preferable to empty calories when faced with the choice. once i became aware of how much of a caloric cost was incurred by junk food and sugar i cut it out almost entirely.
i know the greatest thing in life to eat.... that mushroom film on top of the fermenting kombucha. i heard that tastes really good and gives the best colonic of your life. going to feel like a million bucks after it.
