Calwings posted...For what's being considered a horror and psychological thriller anime, episode 2 of Angels Of Death was pretty hilarious. I never thought in a million years that I'd be enjoying what's essentially a boke-and-tsukkomi routine between a psychotic killer and an emotionless girl. The banter between these two was on point the whole episode. It's still fairly edgy (I mean, a dude wrapped in bandages and carrying a fucking scythe in his hands is somehow the less edgy half of the pair) but there's some lightheartedness mixed in. Plus, the story and intrigue behind what's going on in that crazy building and if/how they'll escape has me interested. Then there's the question of whether Zack would keep his promise to Rachel and Keep in mind that it's incredibly rare for me to be interested in a horror or psychological thriller anime, so the very few times it does happen, it usually means the show has enough substance beyond those aspects to catch my attention and make it worth the risk. --- "Someday I too will fly... and find you again!" https://imgur.com/luoBHKi ...
