Based on what changes in behavior or posturing?

Is this a real question

Hacked our election, had the President go on television and blame the hacking on American stupidity, and straight up declared Trump will probably change his mind in their favor because everyone knows his word is garbage

I feel like you won't settle for anything less than them declaring war as "substantial," though

youre not going to get an honest conversation from a Republican

They wouldn't have attempted to hack the election if they thought we would retaliate. That's not on Trump, because it happened before he was president. If you want to show they have less respect than before, you need to actually show that they are doing things that wouldn't have in the past. This isn't rocket science. This is also true for this topic. Obama said Putin had done extraordinary work... George Bush called him trustworthy. Bill was the last president to refuse to say anything positive about him. On the flip side, Putin literally called Obama an idiot. None of this is new.

Im gonna humor you.

-Putin tries to pull one over on America all the time no matter who is president
-everyone except Trump goes after them for this, forcing them to either not do it or try to be covert about it
-Trump blames American weakness for this and praises Putin at every turn, causing them to openly talk about how hell end up doing what they want

Do you think this may have some effect on how emboldened Russia feels to do whatever they want y/n
