Can you think of a way to present, basically, "Men and women have different behavioral tendencies, priorities, and preferences. At least some of them are based in biological differences. Here are some suggestions on how to better accommodate prospective women employees." that would be better than the way he did it? In a way that wouldn't upset the types of people even that innocuous type of statement upsets?
The biggest shame is how we had mainstream news media outlets either deliberately misrepresenting his writing to malign him or completely failing to do their due diligence out of some sense of, I imagine, spite and idealogical indignation.
The only issue I see is that he used the term "Neuroticism" without explaining to people that that's an actual scientific term that he is using correctly. But this is an old story, if people are still ignorant about this story, they'll never change. ---
