no clue who this guy is. googled him and this is what came up:

"ames Damore, a former Google engineer who was fired in August after posting a memo to an internal Google message board arguing that women may not be equally represented in tech because they are biologically less capable of engineering,"

so uhhh yeah, no.... this guy is a piece of shit.

That is actually not an accurate description of the contents of his memo. There was a very egregious misrepresentation of him in the media that is embarrassingly obvious to anyone who has actually read the memo.

He talks about differences between men and women that seem to be rooted in biology and makes some suggestions on how to better accommodate women and make the tech field more attractive to them. Because Google wants to hire more women in tech positions and treating men and women like they have the same preferences, priorities, and behavioral tendencies hasn't been working.

Basically, Google wants to hire more women in those STEM jobs, but hasn't been able to attract them because they're only presenting those jobs in a form that is attractive to men. He suggests some changes to make them more attractive to women and people lost their shit. Apparently because he suggested that men and women have inherently different tendencies and certain idealogies are very opposed to that notion, so they had to destroy his career and reputation.

Don't waste your time, Google already let him know what his opinion is.
