You know Toriyama and Toei would let it happen, Toriyama literally came up with the plot for Tournament of Power in a day and drew Jiren on a napkin. He gives zero shits. Toei loves money. That just leaves Sakurai, and if Goku really DID top the polls like people suspect, it might fucking happen. I wouldn't even be mad.
