| Wanglicious 08/15/18 3:48:26 AM #50: | OPM and MHA are completely different shows in different genres. the former jokes about the overpowered shounen hero that deflates everything and makes everything else redundant, the latter is all about the struggle of heroes and villains alike and societal changes that could develop from it. the former's a satirical comedy playing with shounen, the latter's a shounen that gets into what a world like this would be. and you'd totally love it, extha. do bear in mind the massive difference in speed between manga and anime though; anime is relatively slow at first but builds into a really good pace, manga is lightning fucking quick. putting it this way: the manga:anime ratio is roughly 2 chapters:1 episode right now. this is an increase of speed because for a good while it was closer to 1.5 chapters:1 episode. despite that, the anime feels well paced because the manga is STUPID fast at moving through content. you do get used to it but starting with the anime is the way to go. --- "Maybe it's a tentacle, molesting the planet itself. - Aschen Brodel. ...
