I like the power and the design is ok, but it's specifically designed to outrage players with its combination of Body Slam, Air Slash and Serene Grace If you vote for Togekiss here you're voting for weird vindictiveness and a design choice that hates and alienates players by literally forcing inaction the majority of the time.
