The moose is really easy; if you can take the Moon, that trial will be cake. It's pretty much a DPS check, kill it by turn 8 or you die. Some things to keep in mind:

-It's thresholds are based on what you used to damage it past the threshold. If you used Magic (note magic-type abilities don't count), it will use an AoE magic attack. If you used anything else, it'll use an AoE physical attack. It also normally attacks with an AoE physical attack in addition, so if you don't trust your team to take one or the other, magic-based abilities are probably best.

-It's SPR is lower than its DEF, so magic is better than physical for your damage.

-It's vulnerable to ATK/MAG breaks, so that can greatly reduce the damage you take.

Since you've got MS Nichol, I'd use him, Basch for a cover tank, and then just bring a ton of DPS units. Use MS Nichol to give yourself HP regen, boost your stats, and reduce incoming damage. Basch should cover and use his breaks, unless you want to bring someone who has better breaks than him. The rest can be used to bring him down as quickly as possible. His first turn he gives you a crazy MP regen buff and doesn't attack, so your first turn is basically free for setup.

For reference, since he was part of the Trio, I used just GLSakura for chaining and BSSakura for finishing, and he went down in four turns. This was without any buffs too.

The bird is tougher. Much tougher. I'm not sure what to do about that one, because it opens with a pre-emptive volley that absolutely thrashes you. When it first came out the only chance was to hope that someone like Mystea's innate AoE cover proc'ed and that your key units survived, unless you could gear for a crazy amount of Ice Resist. I'm not sure what the options are now.
