You live with her and know her life- why do YOU think shes putting on weight and what can you do to help her fix it, since apparently it bugs you this much? Has she had less time to cook/eat healthy? Pack her a healthy lunch for work or volunteer to make dinner a few times a week. Has she been more lazy/stagnant recently, and if so why? If shes constantly tired maybe its cuz you snore or she needs a new pillow- if her body hurts too much to exercise maybe you can give her massages.
