PC covers all the multiplat stuff, and does it better than any console option, making it the best choice for a primary system. All you're missing out on then are PS/Xbox exclusive titles. You could probably make a case for the PS3 being a serious competitor there, but not the PS4, 360, or Xbone just yet (and with most of Xbone's pittance of an exclusive library coming to PC as well, that's not likely to improve). I think the PS3 had a much better library of exclusives than the Wii. And even though the Wii U had a better start than the PS4, the latter has built up a good number of exclusives in the last few years.
