We do have retention but you dont have to be a wiener and say youre going to cancel just to have someone look at your account, we are repair/billing agents and it is our job to look at your package and get you what you need for the best price point we can. Also consider bundling different services like cable/internet because our promotions are discounted heavily, and contracts/agreements are big money savers as well compared to monthly, ETFs are only like 10$/mo of unused stuff so if you end up cancelling you wont be in crazy debt. Anyways Im tired but have faith because Comcast has recognized its shitty image over the years and theyre undergoing a massive overhaul to change that. I work with a lot of good people.

I really think it is that Comcast is the ONLY provider for my address and they know it so they can do whatever they want to me.

I have ZERO premium channels but I do have the highest package of cable channels. I get El Rey Network and Destination America and shit like that, smaller networks that you need the big package for.

They're talking about downgrading me to the crappier channel package on a 2 year contract yet I'd still be paying more than I was before and I just didn't want to agree to that.
