I admit that I used to get super defensive and take it personally when POC try to discuss white privilege.

But looking back I was a dick because I now realize that when people of color talk about "white privilege" they don't mean every single individual white person, what they mean is institutionalized racism and that there's a social structure and system in place that benefits white over POC.. Vast majority of POC - in my experience at least - have NOTHING against white folks on an individual level. They're simply talking about the system and social structure.
