Topic	Honest question: do you get defensive when people talk about white privileges?

He's already straight up said he would never hire a woman because we do maintenance work. My boss is a huge asshole though and I cant wait for one of his heart attacks to be the big one so that I can take his spot. ~~Coincidentally I always cook burgers and bacon when we have cookouts for lunch, but it's not like I hold a gun to his head and make him eat.
